The 20th Anniversary of Bicycle Film Festival is going virtual! Hosted by Bicycle Colorado, BFF is arriving in Denver virtually on November 6th. 

Bicycle Film Festival has been celebrating bicycles through art, film and music for the last 20 years with over 90 cities worldwide and a viewer audience of 1 million and growing. The festival has an incredible history of working with the most important artists, filmmakers, venues, and institutions around the world. 

This year's virtual festival will include a bicycle advocacy speakers panel, hosted by Bicycle Colorado, followed by a 90min of BFF Select Shorts. 

Bicycle Colorado Speakers Panel

Join Bicycle Colorado for a discussion on Colorado bicycle tourism and adventure today and how it could look in the future. Panelists include Andrew Grossman (Colorado Tourism Office), Deirdre Moynihan (Tour Director of Ride the Rockies and Pedal the Plains), Fleurette King (Principal Consultant for Thriving Inclusion and the Equity Educator at Colorado State University) and Stephanie Puello (Black Girls Do Bike Denver). Along with moderator Pete Piccolo (Executive Director of Bicycle Colorado), we'll cover bike tourism, accessibility and inclusivity in outside spaces, and new trends and developments in bike adventure.

BFF Select Shorts

Film fans and bicycle fans alike will absolutely enjoy this program. Select Shorts takes us on a journey with - a charismatic Ghanian immigrant in Amsterdam who teaches refugee adult women to ride bikes – a BLM bicycle protest ride from New York to DC- a father copes with the loss of his son – a young woman riding in Iran- cycle sport as relief from genocide.
