Rooftop Silent Reading Party

The Silent Reading Party makes for a romantic date, a fun solo activity in the city, or a group outing with friends that makes you feel like you've been transported back in time.  

For the summer of 2025, we're trying something new — throwing the party up on the roof! There is limited seating available outside on the deck outside the Penthouse, as well as seating inside within the Penthouse.

Bring whatever you feel like reading and read it — silently, to yourself — while Paul Matthew Moore performs live on piano and the sun sets behind the skyline of downtown Seattle. 

While you read and listen to live music, the Sorrento's servers will bring you food and drinks, and there will be a bar set up in the Penthouse, just inside the Sorrento's rooftop deck. There is a $25 minimum on food & drink per person, which is not included in the reservation fee. 

You must be 21+ years old to attend this party.
