Bourbon Chronicles Presents a Night of Blanton’s!

Join Bourbon Chronicles on Friday, January 10th, 2026 at 5:30 pm as we kick off the year with one of our most popular events featuring an exclusive Blanton’s trio at The Red Onion Café! The food pairings created by owner Corey Oakland and his partner Sarah Seyferth of Red Onion Cafe will cleverly complement each bourbon with a supper club theme including prime rib!

Included will be two theme-based raffle baskets, each with a bottle of Blanton’s single barrel. This means 2 people will be going home with a bottle of Blanton’s of their own! Plus, some lucky guests will go home with a select bottle of bourbon just for attending! We will have plenty of BC swag on hand including our new popular hoodies and barrel heads! There is limited seating for this experience so buy your tickets before they are sold out!

Blanton’s expressions for the night will be:

• 1 oz. Blanton’s Takara Red
• 1 oz. Blanton’s Straight from The Barrel
• 1 oz. Blanton’s Gold

Red Onion is a restaurant in Downtown Racine near Lake Michigan. Their mission is to provide guests with high-quality, made from scratch breakfast and lunch menus featuring healthy options. Nestled on the shores of Lake Michigan, the view is a front row seat to beautiful blue waters for boaters to enjoy the lake.

Our events are a unique experience that bring people together from all over to share a common interest of their love for bourbon while organically creating new relationships and fostering existing ones.

Additional info about the event:

• There will be a bar with beer, wine and other bourbon selections for purchase.
• The event runs from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, we will begin sampling the expressions at 6:30 pm.
• Ticket sales end Monday, January 5, 2026 at 12PM if not sold out prior.
