Celebrate the 1st day of Spring with two of the Olympic Peninsula’s funkiest bands.  They’ve played together at the Palindrome, Port Townsend Farmer’s Market and now at the Quilcene Lantern for a double header that will have you dancing for hours!

Abracadabra Trip is based in Port Townsend with deep roots in NYC.  Rock n’ soul vibes combine with soaring vocals and psychedelic jams.  You’ll be blown away by the magic of this group of talented mugicians: Laura Newman (vocals, guitar), Chris Mangold (vocals, lead guitar), Cat Chichester, (bass), Ken Lykes (keys) and Josh Dylan Peters (drums, vocals).

Whump is log-jam-forest-funk that grooves with an energetic style that traverses jazz, fusion, country, metal and rock.  Their knack for musical adventure and improvisation keeps live performances unique and fresh. The band includes Jason Taylor (bass, vocals), Daniel Csizmadia (vocals, guitar) and Peter Beeler (vocals, drums) and Ken Lykes (keys)
