Bourbon Chronicles is Shaking Things Up!

Come shake and stir it up with Bourbon Chronicles on Friday August 1st, 2025 at 5:30 pm. Using all Wisconsin Bourbon’s, we present our second annual mixology class! The location is on the beautiful lake front at The Racine Zoo featuring a guided demonstration of 4 crafted cocktails by our expert mixologist Kristi Widmar. You will be an active participant by mixing your own version of the cocktails with the recipe and ingredients we are providing! Dinner pairings will be selectively created by Corey and Sarah from Red Onion for each cocktail.

• Waterford Stillhouse Old Fashion

Included will be two theme-based raffle baskets with select bourbon and goodies to match the theme. As usual we will be giving away bottles of bourbon to some lucky guests just for attending. Glass Staves and lots of BC swag for you to browse through and purchase including our custom-made Barrel heads!

Our events are a unique experience that bring people together from all over to share a common interest of their love for bourbon and whiskey while organically creating new relationships and fostering existing ones.

Additional info about the event:

• There will be a bar with beer, wine and other bourbon selections for purchase.
• Must be 21 years old to attend
• The event runs from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, we will begin mixing cocktails at 6:30 pm.

Ticket sales end Monday, July 28th, 2025, at 5:00PM unless they are sold out prior to this date
