Calling all sadomasochists! Do you love leaving or wearing marks on your body? Want to know just how to better guarantee that those bruises bloom? Then this workshop is for you!

Who doesn’t love a good bruise?! From the fresh red marks to that delicious black and purple and blue, all the way to shades of green and yellow, the kaleidoscope within the journey of a bruise is a thing to behold. Come learn a little about the science of how bruises happen and how they heal. We’ll explore some tips to help better guarantee marks, discuss the sentimentality involved in bruising, and learn considerations for bruising darker skin. Spend some timing learn about one of us sadomasochists’ favorite trophies. Maybe we’ll even create some together in real time! 

This class involves a presentation, scientific information and a live demo.

Golden is a New England based Black, genderqueer Leatherdyke and Leatherworker. Physical and emotional states affect how we breathe, and breathing has the power to affect how we feel. Learning to intentionally shift breathing patterns gives us the power to push the intensity and capacity of BDSM scenes.

Learn to add greater depth and intensity to your scenes through the use of intentional breathing techniques. We will discuss the physiology of breathwork, practice breathing patterns that influence the body’s responses (like increasing and decreasing pain perception, fear, and euphoria), and explore how these can be applied to almost any type of scene or play style. The class is great for tops looking to create more intense experiences for their bottoms, masochists looking to increase their endurance, and anyone interested in using breath to influence power dynamics and physical responses in play. All skill levels welcome!

Wearing comfortable clothing is recommended if you intend to participate in the breathing exercises during class (which is encouraged, but certainly not required).

Learn how to make rope work for bodies that come pre-loaded with pain. Pillows required, suffering optional.

Come hang out while we explore practical ways of making rope work with your painful body. Whilst there are countless approaches to rope when living with chronic pain, we’re zooming in on one flavor for this workshop: the art of cushioning. Think pillows, barriers, soft props and whatever else we can DIY into making ties more comfortable. Whether you’re curious about rope for yourself, someone you love or just accumulating rad knowledge, you’re welcome here. Because rope bondage shouldn't require you to ignore what your body's been screaming about all week.

We’ll cover: 

• Safety stuff that hits different when chronic pain is in the mix 
• How to dial up or down based on what your body is doing that day
• Live demos of tie adaptations (with all the squishy support props)
• Tips for topping and bottoming while navigating chronic pain
• How to actually talk about “hey, my hip is staging a revolt” mid-scene

Accessibility: 

• Seriously, bring your heating pad, join from the tub, prop yourself up like a pillow fort diva - this space is built *for* bodies in chronic pain.

Join Dirty Lola for a candid, filthy, and funny workshop for kinky, pleasure-forward folks navigating aging, menopause, shifting libido, and bodies that no longer behave on command. You gain tools, language, and permission to adapt your desire, evolve your kink, and stay gloriously sexual—just with better lighting and more intentional knee placement.

Have you ever looked at your changing body and thought, “Well… this is new”? This workshop is for kinky, slutty, pleasure-forward people who still want to fuck, flirt, play, and feel desirable on their own terms—even as aging, menopause, shifting libido, sore joints, hormonal chaos, and brain fog start making themselves known without asking for consent. Join Dirty Lola for an honest, funny, and deeply affirming conversation about what it means to stay sexual when your body (and sometimes your brain) starts rewriting the rules.

Together, participants will explore how to adapt the sexy things they love: how kink can evolve, desire can be rerouted, and pleasure can be renegotiated when energy, lubrication, erections, orgasms, or focus don’t behave the way they used to. This isn’t about getting back to “normal”—it’s about learning new tricks, new rhythms, and new definitions of what counts as hot. Expect practical tools, shared wisdom, language for naming what’s changing, resources for learning more, and space to grieve what’s shifting without giving up the filthy joy of being a sexual being. Aging doesn’t mean the party’s over—it just means the playlist changes, the lighting gets better, and everyone’s more intentional about where they put their knees.
